Norman Sinai
WHEN EXPERIENCE, SKILL AND STRATEGY MATTER...
With 3 decades in real estate and approximately 1,000 closed transactions, Norman brings a depth of experience that extends well beyond simply helping clients buy and sell homes.
As a real estate broker, Realtor®, loan officer, and real estate investor, Norman offers clients a broad perspective on the financial, strategic, and practical considerations that often shape a successful real estate decision. His experience spans residential sales, investment property, financing, trust and estate transactions, move-up and downsizing strategies, and both residential and commercial real estate.
Throughout his career, Norman has built his business around one guiding principle: clients deserve informed advice, straightforward communication, and representation centered on their interests—not simply completing a transaction.
Having represented buyers and sellers through many different market cycles, Norman understands that no two transactions are exactly alike. He takes a consultative approach, helping clients understand not only what is happening in a transaction, but why it matters and how the available options may affect their larger financial and real estate objectives.
His background in mortgage lending adds another dimension to that advice, allowing him to evaluate transactions from both the real estate and financing sides of the equation. As an investor himself, he also understands real estate from an ownership perspective—including cash flow, value creation, leverage, risk, and long-term wealth building.
Earlier in his career, Norman hosted The Real Estate Rumble, a Bay Area real estate radio program airing on KDOW and KNEW, where he discussed real estate markets, financing, investing, and consumer issues.
Today, Norman primarily serves clients throughout the Tri-Valley and greater East Bay, including Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, and surrounding communities.
Whether a client is selling a longtime home, purchasing their first property, moving into their next stage of life, or evaluating a real estate investment, Norman’s objective is the same: provide experienced, thoughtful representation and help clients make decisions they can feel confident about long after the transaction closes.
